Filling in the subject's data:
First, please fill in all the necessary data about the entity (organization or individual) submitting the registration. This information will help us better organize your participation.

Completing participant data:
Then, fill in the information about all participants under your entity. Enter the necessary data accurately and completely for each participant.
 

Confirmation of registration:
After successfully filling out the form, we will send you a confirmation of registration to your email along with an attachment containing tickets in PDF format. Each ticket will also contain a unique QR code.
 

We save forests:
To contribute to protecting the environment, there is no need to print tickets. All you have to do is take a picture of the QR code from the PDF on your smartphone or save this PDF on your smartphone. When registering on the spot, just show this QR code on your device's display.
 

The uniqueness of QR codes:
Each QR code is unique for a specific participant. When registering on the spot, the attendant can see all the details of your ticket that you have filled in the form, ensuring a quick and trouble-free entry to the event.
